4.   3D imagery and presentation drawings. We have specialists in our team who can generate realistic, life-like impressions of

      your project.

 

5.   Design Documentation. Including Building Approvals and Estate Design Review Committee applications.

 

6.   Full Construction Documentation. Including the coordination of all relevant consultants and engineers.

 

7.   Interior Design. We provide full interior design services if you require them, or work closely with the Interior designer of your

      choice to ensure consistency in style and design.

 

8.   Marketing Drawings. Showing saleable / leaseable GLA break-ups.

 

9.   Contract Administration. We monitor the construction of the project from start to finish.

 

10. Development Approval documents for local governments. Helping obtain development approvals for sites that may be
